Bavendorf is located approximately one hour's drive south east of Hamburg, near to Lüneburg. The airports of Hanover, Hamburg or Lübeck are approximately one and a half hour's drive away. If travelling by rail, please leave the train at Lüneburg. If any assistance is needed with further travelling directions from any of the airports or the railway station, please contact us.

Travelling by car:
From the direction of Hanover:
A7 in the direction of Hamburg and take the Soltau Ost exit. From there follow the B209 to Lüneburg, then B216 in the direction of Dannenberg/Dahlenburg until Bavendorf. When you arrive in Bavendorf, take the first left into the street 'Am Sieleitz'.

From the direction of Hamburg:
A7 up to 'Maschener Kreuz', then onto the A250 in the direction of Lüneburg. The A250 leads onto the B209 around Lüneburg and you would need to take the Dannenberg/Dahlenburg exit. Drive onto the B216 in the direction of Bavendorf (after approximately 15 kms). When you arrive in Bavendorf take the first left into the street, 'Am Sieleitz'

Travelling to the auction (from 29th October 2008):
The riding centre is located in the village of Luhmühlen, close to the well-known showground. The airports of Hanover, Hamburg and Lübeck are approximately one and a half hour's drive away. If travelling by train, we would advise you to
arrive either at Winsen/Luhe or Lüneburg. If any assistance is needed with further travelling directions from any of the airports or railway station, please contact us.

Travelling by car:
From the direction of Hanover:
A7 in the direction of Hamburg and take the Garlstorf exit. Then drive via Garlstorf, Gödenstorf, Oelstorf and Salzhausen to Luhmühlen.

From the direction of Flensburg/Kiel via Hamburg:
A7 in the direction of Hanover and take the Garlstorf exit. Then drive via Garlstorf, Gödenstorf, Oelstorf and Salzhausen to Luhmühlen.

From the direction of Lübeck via Hamburg:
A1 to 'Maschener Kreuz' then change onto the A7 in the direction of Hanover. A7 to the Garlstorf exit and then via Gödenstorf, Oelstorf and Salzhausen to Luhmühlen.
